CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Christ-centered with Biblical meditation woven with traditional & fundamental
yoga postures and breathwork that introduce and cultivate the principles of foundation, alignment, and focus.
Appropriate for all levels.

I offer one FREE practice to anyone who comes during the month of their birthday. Please tell your friends and invite them to experience the GIFT of Jesus in their yoga session. You’ll have ALL MONTH of your birthday to use your one free session.
*DISCOUNT CARD:
If you attend the $10 practices regularly, I recommend the purchase of a "COMMITMENT CARD."
These are always available for $50 purchase and I keep them with me, just ask.
Each card offers a person 6 practices at each of my Canfield locations for 3 months.
Essentially, it's like getting a FREE PRACTICE.
If the purchased card expires, only the FREE PRACTICE is lost, you will still have 5 practices,
no matter how long it's been since you purchased it.
