REFUND POLICY: 
- A $40 portion of your Retreat cost is non-refundable, under any circumstances, as this is an administrative fee.
 
- If the host (Yoga by Bethanie, LLC) or the host site (Villa Maria) cancels the event at any time, due to local Health Dept or CDC shutdowns, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid - minus $40.
 - Cancel for any reason before August 25, 2022 and you will receive a full refund of all monies paid - minus $40.
 - Cancel for any reason between August 26, 2022 and September 29, 2022 *and we are able to fill your spot* you will receive a full refund of all monies paid - minus $40.
 - Cancel for any reason on or after September 30, 2022 *and we are able to fill your spot* you will receive 75% refund of all monies paid - minus $40.
- Cancel for any reason on or after Oct 7, 2022 *and we are able to fill your spot* you will receive 50% refund of all monies paid - minus $40.
- Every effort will be made to fill the Retreat spots to ensure maximum participation and issue refunds when requested.
 - Cancellations on or after August 26, 2022 that cannot be filled by someone else will receive no refund. 
 - All refunds will be issued via check. Please allow 7-10 business days from cancellation date to receive your refund check.
